Is the price on the store the final price?

The store shows the on-road price for your area. Estimates can change until your booking is confirmed; the confirmed booking price is the one we honour. See Pricing, payments and bookings.

Do I need to sign in to see prices?

No. Every price and offer is public. You sign in with your phone number only to save a quote or a favourite.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. How much is refunded depends on the stage of the booking; the full rules are in Cancellations and refunds.
