Using the platform means accepting these terms and the marketplace role behind the service.
By accessing or using BookMyBike's website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
BookMyBike is the marketplace brand operated by Aapli Autofin Private Limited. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Aapli Autofin Private Limited, its platform, and its authorised dealer and finance partners.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Account access requires accurate details, lawful eligibility, and responsible OTP use.
To use certain features, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The phone number and personal details you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account access, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
One person may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be merged, restricted, or deactivated where required for platform integrity.
Platform Services
BookMyBike facilitates discovery, quotes, booking, finance coordination, and fulfilment support.
BookMyBike provides end-to-end two-wheeler buying services, including vehicle discovery, transparent on-road price visibility, quote generation, booking coordination, finance facilitation, dealer matching, and post-purchase support.
Vehicle discovery lets you browse, compare, and shortlist new two-wheelers across OEM brands, variants, and colours available on the Platform.
Pricing, quote, and booking tools help you review estimated ex-showroom, RTO, insurance, and accessory components before confirming a booking.
Finance, dealer matching, delivery, registration, insurance, and service-history support may be coordinated through authorised dealers, lenders, insurers, and fulfilment partners.
We are a marketplace facilitator — not the manufacturer, seller, or insurer of any vehicle listed on the Platform.
Pricing, Payments & Bookings
Pre-booking estimates can change before confirmation; confirmed booking price is honoured.
Pre-booking prices are estimates and may change based on manufacturer revisions, government regulations (RTO/GST), insurance updates, stock, selected add-ons, or quote changes. Once booking is confirmed, the agreed booking price is honoured.
On-road prices are calculated in real time based on your location, selected variant, colour, and applicable RTO type, including State, BH, or Company registration where supported.
Booking token amounts are non-refundable unless your quote agreement states otherwise or the booking is cancelled by the dealer. Full payment terms are shown in your final quote document before booking confirmation.
Payments are processed through Razorpay or direct bank transfer. We do not store card or bank account details, and invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations remain accessible from your account dashboard.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on dealer allocation, vehicle status, and the reason for cancellation.

Intellectual Property
BookMyBike content, software, design, and brand assets cannot be reused without permission.
All content — text, graphics, logos, UI design, vehicle imagery, pricing engines, and software — is the property of Aapli Autofin Private Limited or its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
Vehicle images and specifications are sourced from OEM partners under licence and remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
The BookMyBike name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
Misuse, false information, scraping, fraud, or security interference may restrict access.
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, impersonate another person, provide false information during registration or booking, or conduct price manipulation, fake bookings, or fraudulent transactions.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, the Platform's servers, or any connected databases.
You must not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without written permission, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security features, or other users' access.
You must not post or transmit malicious code, viruses, harmful content, or any material that disrupts platform operation or user safety.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Platform liability is limited, and partner actions remain governed by partner responsibility.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform, and we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for the actions, products, approvals, delays, or services of third-party dealer, finance, insurance, or fulfilment partners.
Changes to Terms
Terms may change over time, and continued platform use means accepting the revised terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, discontinue use and close your account.
Governing Law & Disputes
Indian law applies, with Mumbai jurisdiction and arbitration before court proceedings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Arbitration First
Before initiating court proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved within 30 days, through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
